8th Grade Orientation Packet (Click):

   This is the packet of info every 8th Grade Band member needs to get started.

Band Enrollment and Medical Form (Click):
   This helps us to help you in a medical emergency.

Physical Education Waiver Form (Click):
   For all incoming freshman participating in Marching Band for the 2024-2025 school year.
 

Jazz Class Request Form (Click):
   For current 8th-11th grade students interested in participating in the Jazz Program for next year.

BAND App (Click):
   Every student and at least one parent must join the main group (Boardman HS Band):        
   When creating your profile, make sure your screen name is your first and last name. I won’t admit 

   screen names I don’t recognize as students or parents.
